Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate we provide is an approximation based on the information available before we assess the work in person. An estimate is not a final price. The final scope and cost of work are confirmed only after our technician evaluates your specific situation on site. You will approve the price before any work begins.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Same-day service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for every request.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting service and to allow our technicians reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards at the property before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant EPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
